The fee reserves your spot in our limited patient panel and supports same-week visits, direct access, and personalized care year-round. Once enrolled, we dedicate time and resources specifically to you. It covers access to exclusive services, resources, and administrative support that are made available to you immediately upon enrollment

How do I pay for my annual membership?
You can complete your annual membership payment in one full payment or choose to split it into two equal payments.
Payments can be made electronically through a square invoice, by check made out to QOALA Home Care, or cash.
Insurance does not cover the annual fee.

Two Payments: Pay 50% at the start of the membership and the remaining 50% halfway through the year.

Can you see me in the hospital?
QOALA provides outpatient care only and cannot see patients in the hospital, but we stay in touch and coordinate care during your stay. Please notify us if you’re hospitalized.
