Why is the annual concierge fee non-refundable?
The fee reserves your spot in our limited private residential home patient panel and supports same-week visits, direct access, and personalized care year-round. Once enrolled, we dedicate time and resources specifically to you. It covers access to exclusive services, resources, and administrative support that are made available to you immediately upon enrollment

How do I pay for my annual membership?
You can complete your annual membership payment in one full payment or choose to split it into two equal payments.
Payments can be made electronically through a square invoice, by check made out to QOALA Home Care, or cash.
Insurance does not cover the annual fee.

One Payment: Pay the full annual fee upfront.

Two Payments: Pay 50% at the start of the membership and the remaining 50% halfway through the year (regardless if discharge occurs prior to that).
What if I join mid-year?
The annual membership fee starts on the date services begin and annually thereafter.

How far will you travel for home visits?
Within 15 miles from Buford.
Can you see me in the hospital?
QOALA provides outpatient care to your home only and cannot see patients in the hospital, but we stay in touch and coordinate care during your stay. Please notify us if you’re hospitalized.
